Established home security company, seeking experienced alarm sales reps/team leaders who are producing a minimum of 15 accounts per month to join our team. Using the "free system" marketing model, we provide our clients with the newest alarm technology, including two-way voice over GSM and integrated home automation, as well as standard wireless systems. We offer two programs:

-Sub Dealer: Up tp 28 multiples paid (based on monthly volume). A sub-dealer has his/their own company, with a business license and workers comp and liability insurance in place. You have your own licensed techs and buy your own equipment, using our accounts at ADI and Tri-Ed. Our sub-dealer program pays out up to 28 mutliples or $1203.00 gross per acount.

-Area Sales Manager: An Area Manager has or can obtain an ACE license, but does not have the resources to buy their own equipment or pay their technicians directly. We pay up to $700.00 net per account commission. We pay for the equipment and use our staff of installers. Our techs are all licensed and bonded employees of the company. If you have your own techs, they are welcome to join us as long as they have, or can obtain, an ACE license.

Primary/Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach one or more subjects within the Criminal Justice curriculum; recommend changes regarding textbooks and other aspects of the curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver lecture and lab demonstrations as outlined in curriculum.

- Directly supervise daily activities and tasks of students.
- Promote skills through demonstration and repetition.

- Ensure student’s conceptual understanding of employability skills.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Instructors must be knowledgeable in the Criminal Justice field and have specific experience in that area. This requirement can be met by having a minimum of 3 years work experience in the field (or related field).

- Must: have at a minimum, an associates degree earned from an accredited college or university

- Preferred: instructors should have demonstrated teaching ability through previous experience at a college-level educational facility.

- Ideal: instructors in the Criminal Justice program will have a law enforcement background, giving them experience with both the academic content as well as the hands-on lab equipment that is taught in the program and utilized in everyday law enforcement.

- Military Police

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical journals and medical/pharmaceutical concepts
