Order office supplies.
Responsible for receiving daily (post office) mail and distributing within the office.
Act as back up for data entry in Customer Service and Traffic.
Perform other administrative duties: answering incoming phone calls, responding to visitors at the door.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bookkeeping or related experience.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision and the ability to work on multiple projects.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
